What type of information do we collect?
We use Google Ads tags to receive, collect and store any information you may choose to enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet. We may use software tools from our website host and or Google Ads/Analytics to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We may also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email and phone number via our Contact us form. There is no ecommerce/ shopping/ selling on our site and so we neither request nor can we access your banking or credit/debit details.
How do we collect information?
When you view, enter or click on our website, as part of the process, we collect data relating to which pages were viewed, navigation through our site etc. We only use personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address on our contact form so that we may get in touch if requested. Your personal information will be used for the specific reasons stated above only. Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to communicate our business services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Only personal data that you choose to enter on our site can be stored.
We do not receive any payment, banking or card details via our website, and thus we cannot and do not store any such information.
How do we communicate with your site visitors?
We may contact you should you request a contact through our Contact Us form, or to return your contact via our phone numbers or email addresses on our website pages. For these purposes we may contact you via email, telephone, text messages or social media messaging.
